Development
In product development, you establish the project requirements
with our project manager, who is your contact person within Solid
Semecs. The project manager's task is to assess the project's
feasibility and potential, and to set up a phased schedule for
product development.
Solid Semecs calls in expert partners if required to contribute
to development work but always retains total responsibility for
the project. Each phase of the development work is marked by a
milestone and is fully defined with regard to activities, costs and
duration. The project is executed in defined steps with regard to
technical and financial aspects, thus ensuring that the project
status and progress are clear at all times.
