Testing
Solid Semecs continually strives to improve the quality of
products and production processes. This means that products are
tested extensively and possible errors occur only once.
Based on our extensive and in-depth knowledge of testing
methods, we develop the optimum test and tester in close
consultation with the customer to achieve maximum cover at the
lowest possible cost. The concept, the hardware, software and
fixtures are all developed in-house. Lead times are very short and
this reduces a product's time-to-market.
After customer approval of the tester on the basis of the
functional description and the degree of coverage report, the
tester goes into production. All parameters required are recorded
and sent to the customer so that these data can contribute to
optimising the (product) design.
